LAS DIRECTIVAS DE LA FEDERACION FAJARDINA RECONOCIDAS POR LA SUNARP

En un anterior post les habíamos comunicado que por fin se habían inscrito las Juntas Directivas de la Federación Fajardina en la Zona Registral Nº IX, sede Lima, Oficina Registral Lima, Nº de Partida: 017780018. Este documento a tres páginas les presentamos para el conocimiento público al final.
Según este documento, ajustándose al tracto sucesivo, las directivas se reconocen desde el 02 de julio de 1974 período del señor Rómulo Palomino Quispe hasta 01 de julio del 2009 período del doctor Guillermo Huyhua Quispe. En total suman 35 juntas directivas de la Federación Fajardina reconocidas jurídicamente. Con esto se da fin al gran período de 35 años de "ilegalidad" de las juntas directivas, hecho que era cuestionado fácilmente por personas que evitaban la unidad de los fajardinos en Lima y que no comprendían que por mil circunstancias las directivas anteriores les fue esquiva la inscripción de sus respectivas juntas directivas. Esta situación no significaba que la Federación Fajardina fuera "ilegal" ni mucho menos, por el contrario, nuestra Federación es una institución perfectamente legal el único problema, y grave por cierto, era que las juntas directivas estaban con las "manos amarradas" legalmente para cualquier gestión.
La Federación Fajardina fue fundada un 17 de febrero de 1959 y su primer presidente fue el doctor Aparicio Godoy Vargas y su personería jurídica es inscrita en los Registros Públicos en la Ficha 874 del 04 de junio de 1973, año en el que era presidente el CPC Amador Noa Quispe. Con la actual inscripción todas las directivas asumen legalmente sus responsabilidades en sus respectivos períodos de gestión desde Amador Noa en 1973 hasta Guillermo Huyhua, cuyo período legal culmina el 01 de julio del 2009.
Lo que falta ahora, es solo colocar "la cereza en la torta": la inscripción de la nueva Junta Directiva presidida por el ingeniero Víctor Hugo Vargas Galindo, cuyo período legal empieza el 02 de julio del 2009 y culmina el 01 de julio del 2010. Esperamos darle esta noticia en los próximos días. Ello redundará positivamente en las actividades planeadas por la Federación Fajardina como son:
- El campeonato Copa Fajardo que debe iniciarse a fines de este año.
- La gran corrida de toros por el 99 aniversario de la creación política de la Provincia de Fajardo a realizarse el 22 de noviembre del presente año en el Complejo Turístico Rosmag de Villa El Salvador en la Ruta C de VES Carretera Panamericana Sur Parque Zonal Huayna Cápac.
- La organización de la V Convención de la Provincia de Fajardo a realizarse en el distrito de Hualla en abril del 2010.
- La coorganización de las celebraciones por el CENTENARIO DE LA PROVINCIA DE FAJARDO.
Estas 4 actividades, entre muchas otras, serán fortalecidas con la inscripción de las juntas directivas de la FEFA y especialmente con la inscripción de la última directiva que falta.
Por ello, hacemos un llamado a todos los fajardinos y fajardinas de corazón residentes en todo el territorio patrio, en especial de Lima, a fortalecer nuestra unidad alrededor de la Federación Fajardina para que cumpla con sus objetivos sintetizados en su lema:
